Sixty 7 Hope Street is a new commercial project within Glasgow’s city centre conservation area. It sits alongside Atlantic Chambers, a Grade ‘A’ Listed office building by JJ Burnett, one of the city’s most famous architects and in one of the busiest parts of Glasgow, near the Radisson SAS hotel. The commission also involved the refurbishment of a Robert Thomson’s Grade ‘B’ Listed Building from 1899. The challenge was to create a highly contemporary office building to sit between two of the city’s most recognised and respected listed structures.
